JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for O.P. No.2 and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of provisional bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 11.09.2023 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.44190 of 2023 and its modified order dated 26.04.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No.30895 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for O.P. No.2 submits that due to some financial difficulty, he seeks extension of time for making payment of remaining amount i.e. Rs.6,20,000/- till March, 2026.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82340 of 2024(8) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 has no objection to this prayer but O.P. No.2 must ensure the payment of said remaining amount in the stipulated period.

5. Learned counsel for the parties in view thereof submit that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for cancellation of bail, if O.P. No.2 fails to make the aforesaid remaining payment by March, 2026.
