The petitioner has filed this writ petition with a grievance that respondent No. 6 is not complying with the order passed by the District Appellate Authority, Purnea in Case No. 09/2023, whereby direction was given to the respondent No. 6 to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as Block Teacher within 30 days. When the direction given by the District Appellate Authority, Purnea in Case No. 09/2023 was not complied by the respondent No. 6, it is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has preferred Case No. 03/2025 under Rule

Patna High Court CWJC No.17352 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/3 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 before the District Appellate Authority, Purnea. On the Case No. 03/2025, the District Appellate Authority, Purnea had passed two orders on 05.05.2025 as well as on 11.07.2025 providing opportunities to the respondent No. 6 to comply with the order passed by the District Appellate Authority, Purnea in Case No. 09/2023. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is that despite the aforesaid two orders passed in the Case No. 03/2025 by the District Appellate Authority, Purnea, the respondent No. 6 is yet to comply with the direction passed by the District Appellate Authority, Purnea in Case No. 09/2023.

3. The Case No. 03/2025 filed under Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 is stated to be still pending before the District Appellate Authority, Purnea with no final order having been passed in the Case No. 03/2025 filed by the petitioner.

4. Under the circumstances, since the District Appellate Authority has been invested with the power under Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17352 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 3/3 impose punishment on the parties for non-compliance of the order, this writ petition is hereby, disposed of with a direction to the District Appellate Authority, Purnea to pass a reasoned and final order in Case No. 03/2025 filed by the petitioner in accordance with Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
