The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No.108 of 2018, G.R. Case No. 435 of 2018 for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to sale deed dated 01.08.2011 allegation has been levelled that the petitioner has got the sale deed registered through his mother in favour of Bibi Saida Khatoon and they are threatening the informant to give Rs. 2/- lakhs otherwise they will dispossess the informant from the said land.
