1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) To issue an appropriate writ/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to remove the encroachment from public way at Rahika, Khata no. 738, Khasra no. 1429 P.SRahika, Block- Rahika, Dist- Madhubani. (ii) To issue an appropriate writ/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to enquire as to on what basis encroachers are
Patna High Court CWJC No.16668 of 2024(2) dt.30-10-2024 2/2 claiming the said land and on what basis, the previous Circle Officer has declared the said land to be a public land."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Rahika, District-Madhubani, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
