Patna High Court MJC No.2631 of 2022(4) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 in CWJC No. 7315 of 2022. Limited direction was to consider the grievance of the petitioner and redress the same after affording opportunity. On 23.11.2023, certain payments have been made through two cheques in favour of the petitioner totaling a sum of Rs. 16,67,000/- (Sixteen Lakhs and Sixty Seven Thousand).

2. Accordingly, the proceeding of present MJCContempt petition stand dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to agitate his any other grievance or is he disputing the aforementioned amount in that regard necessary application or representation shall be submitted to the concerned authority. The concerned authority shall redress the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking order .
