The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1199 of 2016 in which cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the allegation made in the complaint, the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties at the Bar and the pleadings made in the application for grant of pre-arrest bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below on furnishing
