Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault to the son of the informant by means of iron rod. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that informant is uncle of the petitioner and petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
