Petitioner is accused in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018 registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused only on the statement of co-accused. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
