Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 28.09.2024, issued by the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, however, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already filed his objection on 09.10.2024, which is annexed as annexure P/8 to the present writ petition, hence the learned Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna be directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders and till then no coercive action be directed to be taken

Patna High Court CWJC No.16607 of 2024(2) dt.29-10-2024 2/2 against the petitioner. It it directed accordingly.
