2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier his prayer for bail was rejected vide order dated 18.03.2025 with a liberty that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.

3. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The case of the prosecution in short is that the informant was going to Katary of his friend's house. As he reached near Paroo Gandak Canal, three miscreants on a bike surrounded him and assaulted him by means of knife and snatched his bag and cash.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants and the

It has also been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He was not put on TIP. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedents. Save and except criminal antecedents, there is nothing against the petitioner.

6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of 21 cases.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class (West), Muzaffarpur.
