====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2023 Heard the parties through virtual mode.

The petitioner challenges the order passed by the Director, Primary Education, dated 05.02.2018, whereby he has been punished with stopping of two grade increments with cumulative effect under the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner preferred an appeal against the said order before the Principal Secretary,

Patna High Court CWJC No.919 of 2023(2) dt.03-02-2023 2/2 Education Department but the appeal has remained pending and the same has not been decided. He therefore has preferred this writ petition challenging the order before this Court. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Principal Secretary, Education Department, to hear the appeal and decide the same by a speaking order within a period of two months. For the said purpose the petitioner may be also given an opportunity of hearing.
