The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case no. 444 of 2018, registered under Sections 366, 366(A) and 370/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that petitioner being the cousin son-in-law of the informant Dinesh Ram obtained certificates and signature of daughter of informant, who was student of B.Sc. 1st year, on blank papers on the pretest to provide her job in medical department. In absence of the informant, coaccused Sunil Kumar went at the house of informant and made attempt to take her at Patna, but she refused. Later on,

No.69421 of 2018(3) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 by using the signed papers of the daughter of the informant, Sunil Kumar made a marriage certificate and thereafter, he started to give threatening to the daughter of informant for marriage otherwise the said marriage certificate will be put on social media.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of Sunil Kumar and cousin niece of informant and with ulterior motive, she has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submitted that petitioner is a lady and it is not presumed that a lady may help to her husband to develop any relation with any girl. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 444 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
