The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is payment of wages/salary from the date of joining till the date petitioners have executed the work. Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners placed reliance on the order of this Court dated 12.09.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18505 of 2016 and submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.22011 of 2019(3) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the said decision.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to examine the case of the petitioners and if it is found that the case of the petitioners is similar to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 18505 of 2016, similar benefit should be extended to the petitioners of this case within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
