This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.03.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.79175 of 2018, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, while praying for extension of time to surrender, submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time granted by this Court as the petitioner is an illiterate person and he could not comprehend the time line stipulated in the order.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond vide order dated 01.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.79175 of 2018, is hereby extended by four weeks from today. 5.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
