Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.107 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399,402,413,414 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.29235 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submits that charges have already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2019.
