Patna High Court MJC No.3205 of 2023(4) dt.18-04-2025 2/3 GP-27 for the State.

2. Mr. Shankar Thakur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that L.P.A. No. 1428 of 2011 was preferred by the University against the order dated 18.05.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13411 of 2005. The said appeal got dismissed vide order dated 04.01.2018. After Dismissal of the appeal, the State preferred Civil Review No. 189 of 2019 for review of the order dated 04.01.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1428 of 2011 and the same was also not interfered by this Court and dismissed vide order dated 05.02.2020. Thereafter, the State preferred Special Leave Petition (CIVIL) Diary No(s). 43923/2023 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 12.12.2023 stayed the operation of the impugned order and finally after hearing the parties dismissed the SLP vide order dated 16.07.2024.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State admits that the State has no alternative than to comply with the order dated 21.08.2023. He further informs that as per the instruction, compliance will be made well within a period of three weeks.

4. Considering the aforesaid information given on behalf of the opposite party no.5 that compliance will be made

Patna High Court MJC No.3205 of 2023(4) dt.18-04-2025 3/3 within three weeks, the present contempt petition stands consigned.
