Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Danapur P.S. Case No.413 of 2019 registered under Sections 307, 341, 325, 498A, 504 and 340 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that her brother-in-law, sisterin-law and father-in-law brutally assaulted her and her brotherin-law tried to pour petrol for setting her on fire. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant. They have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the informant and her husband. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioners. The informant was married with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78630 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 the son of petitioner no.1 about 15 years ago. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.413 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
