The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 370, 290, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 4,5,7,8 Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 09.08.2019 and petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have got no criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 3 has two criminal cases as Kotwali P.S. Case No. 376/2018 u/s 294/34 I.P.C. and Kotwali P.S. Case No. 704/2018 u/s 290 I.P.C. Allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72895 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 immoral human trafficking. The co-accused has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.10.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.66041 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 718 of 2019.
