The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 555 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 352, 308, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35479 of 2022. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event
