2. With consent of the parties, the present writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.
3. The petitioner has prayed for grant of following relief :- "1. (i) For issuance of direction to the authorities concern to immediate ensure the appointment of petitioner on the basis of compassionate ground after
Patna High Court CWJC No.18068 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 2/3 considering the facts that the husband of petitioner namely Late Teju Kumar who was working on the post of store clerk in Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Dairy Technology B.V. College Jagdeo Patna, Patna died on 22.05.2020 due to hardship in his service period leaving behind petitioner and two sons.
(ii) For issuance of direction to the authorities concerned to instantly provide his entire death cum other remaining dues of the husband of petitioner including amounts deposited in C.P.F. account and NPS accounts for which legally entitlement as per statutory provision of law after considering her forlorn condition. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief claimed in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 10.01.2022 (Annexure-P/5) before the Registrar, Bihar Animal Sciences University Veterinary College campus, Patna (respondent No.6) which is still pending and no final decision has been taken on the said representation. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued by this Court for disposing of the pending representation of the petitioner after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a time frame.
5. To the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondent-State does not have any objection.
6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application
Patna High Court CWJC No.18068 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 3/3 is disposed of directing the Registrar, Bihar Animal Sciences University Veterinary College campus, Patna (respondent No.6) to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2022 (Annexure-P/5) and to take a final decision on the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
7. The entire exercise must be completed by respondent No.6, Registrar, Bihar Animal Sciences University Veterinary College campus, Patna within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.
8. With the aforesaid observation/direction and liberty granted, the present writ application stands disposed of.
9. All pending I.A.s, if any, is deemed to have been disposed of.
