1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.06.2023, passed in C.W.J.C. No.16525 of 2022, the Circle Officer, Paharpur, District-East Champaran at Motihari has taken a final decision in the pending Encroachment Case No.11 of 2021-22 by coming to a finding that the alleged encroached land in question is not a public land, hence the proceedings of Encroachment Case No.11 of 2021-22 has been dropped, thus it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 19.03.2023 has stood complied with, hence the present petition stands dismissed.
