JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i). For issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the Rasta/ entrance of the premises of the petitioner, which has been encroached/blocked by respondent no. 11 (Tripund Dhari Gautam).

(ii). For issuance of a direction to the concerned

Patna High Court CWJC No.17851 of 2024(2) dt.26-11-2024 2/2 respondent to demarcate the land and Rasta of the petitioner appertaining to Khata no. 32, Plot no. 233, area 7 decimal, situated at village-Ajmatganj, Thana No. 132, District-Gaya.

(iii). For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority to provide protection of life and property of the petitioner.

(iv). For issuance of a direction to respondent 1 set to remove the encroachment made by the respondent 2ndset over the Rasta of petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Paraiya, District-Gaya for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
