The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 448, 307 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. The accusation is that fifty persons laced with variously armed weapons surrounded the house of informant Bhukhulu Rai. At that time, Krishna Rai asked to his both sons and one Ranjit Rai opened indiscriminate firing, as a result of which Pramod Kumar, Gopit Rai and Avinash Kumar sustained injuries. All injured persons were rushed to sub divisional Hospital Danapur for treatment fromwhere they were referred to

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
