The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are person with clean antecedent and are mother-inlaw and elder brother-in-law of the deceased. It is next submitted that sister of the informant was married with Sudhir Yadav in the year 2004 and out of the wedlock a child was born thereafter the husband performed second marriage and same caused immense pain and sorrow to the victim but somehow she

No.74555 of 2022(3) dt.23-06-2023 2/3 was pacified on condition that her husband will keep and maintain both the wife equally, it is next alleged that on 27.10.2021 the informant came to know that the husband and the in-laws of his sister committed her murder. The learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case it is next submitted that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that the allegation is general and omnibus in nature against the petitioners, it is next submitted that husband was arrested and has been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 07.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 40194 of 2021. It is next submitted that petitioner No. 1 is an old lady aged about 72 years.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
