I.A. No.1 of 2019 I.A. No.1 of 2019 has been preferred for condonation of delay in filing the present Appeal.

Considering the grounds taken in the interlocutory application, the delay in filing of the present appeal is condoned. Re. L.P.A. No.1354 of 2019 The present L.P.A. has been filed against the

Patna High Court L.P.A No.1354 of 2019(4) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 Judgment dated 09.01.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7075 of 2014 whereby the learned Single Judge has declined to interfere with the order by which the appellant has been dismissed from the post of Anganwari Sevika in the District Centre No.6 of District-Purnea.

It appears that the appellant was dismissed by the District Programmer Officer, Purnea vide order dated 01.07.2013 and the said order was affirmed by the Regional Development Officer, Purnea Division vide order dated 14.12.2013. Thereafter, Respondent No.8, Priti Kumari was appointed on the vacant post after dismissal of the appellant, in 2014. The learned Single Judge has also dismissed the writ application, on the ground that the plea that the enquiry report was not supplied to the appellant, was taken for the first time in the writ application.

In that view of the matter, we do not find any perversity in the order impugned.

Accordingly, this L.P.A. is dismissed.
