2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 5, the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna including the order passed by the District Magistrate within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent no. 5 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

3. Respondent no. 5 shall be solely liable for noncompliance of this order within the stipulated period.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

5. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the consequential benefits, the respondents shall pay all the consequential benefits to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.
