2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 43 of 2016 and other analogous cases dated 13.08.2019.

3. Considering the fact that petitioners' case is squarely covered by the order passed in L.P.A. No. 43 of 2016,

Patna High Court CWJC No.430 of 2023(3) dt.27-06-2024 3/3 the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of the order passed in L.P.A. No. 43 of 2016 before the respondent no. 4 (the Special Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna) within four weeks and the respondent no. 4 would pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within ten weeks thereafter, after personally hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 4 shall be personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
