Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that by mistake in the bail petition, the name of the father of the petitioner has been typed as "Late Surya Narayan Singh" in place of "Late Surya Narayan Singh @ Shubh Narayan Singh" and the same has been mentioned in the order dated 05.12.2022.

Let the name of the father of the petitioner be read

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.854 of 2023(2) dt.12-01-2023 2/2 as "Late Surya Narayan Singh @ Shubh Narayan Singh". The order dated 05.12.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3822 of 2022, stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application stands allowed accordingly.
