====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 376, 302, and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have administered poison to the daughter of the informant, as a result of which she died.

4. During investigation, the allegation is supported by the postmortem report, wherein the Doctor has found the cause of death to be poisoning.

5. Considering the accusation, I am not inclined to
