Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 379, 494 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sonpur P..S.Case No.794 of 2018.
Both the counsels submit that petitioner and opposite party no.2 are living together and the matter has amicably been resolved. They further submit that on the basis of this fact the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67853 of 2019(4) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 anticipatory bail petition may be disposed of with a direction to both the parties to appear before the court below and furnish a joint compromise petition.
Considering the submissions of both the parties, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S.Case No. 794 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
