2. Learned counsel for the State submits that except Investigating Officer all the witnesses have been examined. He further submits that it is the mandate of law that any court may alter or add to any charge at any time before the judgment is pronounced.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the instant criminal revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
