2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner alongwith others assaulted the deceased for the demand of dowry and consequently, she was done to death.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated merely because he is brother-in-law of the deceased. He has no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. As a matter of

The informant came and the police opened the door of the room in his presence. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. On similar allegation, the coaccused has been granted regular bail by this court by order dated 25-09-2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
