The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lalganj P. S. Case No. 90 of 2018 dated 01.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of an arrested co-accuser person. There is no recovery of any firearm weapon from the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that because of his implication in a case of similar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73534 of 2018(3) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 nature earlier, in which he is on bail, he has been framed in the present case also by the police.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P. S. Case No. 90 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
