Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 324, 448, 376, 511, 379/34 and Section 8/10 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. From the F.I.R., it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. In the medical report, no sign of rape was found. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
