Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70777 of 2021.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during pendency of the case, learned Trial Court has framed charge on 26.08.2021 and till date prosecution has not produced a single prosecution witness for examination. Petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2021.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
