This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Dandari Police Station Case No. 73 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 467/468/471/420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have obtained appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of her certificates, which have been found to be forged.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that her services has been terminated. He has also submitted that the documents, which she has submitted, were not forged.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76070 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 Considering the above submission and the fact that allegation against the petitioner is based on documents and there is no likelihood of tampering with the evidence, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, Sanju Kumari, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai, in connection with Dandari Police Station Case No. 73 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
