2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was married to one Nikki on 29.02.2024. It is alleged that the daughter of the informant was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand. On 29.05.2024, the father-inlaw of the deceased(Nikki) informed the informant that his daughter has hanged herself.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. During investigation, it has

No.80317 of 2024(3) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 come that the room in which the deceased was there which was locked from inside and the in-laws informed the police on which the police arrived there and broke the door and then it was found that Nikki was hanging on a fan. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 22.08.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
