The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a)(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in jail custody since27.08.2019. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya
