The petitioner seeks bail in Sonepur P.S. Case No.540 of 2019 registered under Sections 419, 420, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that petitioner cheated the informant on the pretext of renewing the ornaments and the petitioner fled away after taking ornaments of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and no ornaments of the informant was recovered from the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady and she is in jail since 25.07.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67801 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.540 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be local having substantial property standing in his/her name.
