2. The petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offense punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sahodra P.S. case No. 54 of 2023.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail for the petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5469 of 2024 vide order dated 05.04.2024 and moreover status report has been called for, in this case.

4. From perusal of the Status report, it appears that presently record is fixed on Statement under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. and trial Court needs 3 months time to conclude the trial.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
