Petitioner is accused in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 280 of 2013 registered under Sections 328 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 04.09.2019 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 36248 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after farming of charge. Further submission is that charge has already been submitted on 29.07.2019, as detailed in Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73601 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sessions Trial No. 334 of 2019 arising out of Kesariya P.S. Case No. 280 of 2013.
