The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, petitioner along with other accused persons, assaulted the informant side brutally.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in
