1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For directing and commanding the respondents to shift the Giddha post office branch, Muzaffarpur from the old/dilapidated premises of the petitioner to her newly constructed premises which is more convenient, situated just besides the old premises, as early as possible.
(ii) And also directing and commanding the respondents to pay the rent as per government rule/guideline."
2. At the outset, the learned counsels for the parties
Patna High Court CWJC No.16493 of 2023(4) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 are in agreement that the R.O., Muzaffarpur (Regional Officer) has already advertised in daily newspaper, namely, Dainik Jagaran and Hindustan, Muzaffarpur edition on 30.07.2023, for hiring building for Giddha Post Office and the process for choosing appropriate place/building for the said post office is underway and shall be decided, within a period of three months from today, as per the existing rules and regulations of the department. It is directed accordingly.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
