The petitioners Rajiv Kumar and Ranjan Kumar @ Ranjan Kumar Singh (in Cr. Misc. No. 68679 of 2019) and Braj

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68679 of 2019(4) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Bhushan Prasad @ Tunna (in Cr. Misc. No. 73918 of 2019) apprehend their arrest in connection with Town (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 626 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the date of occurrence is 20.05.2019 for which the informant herself instituted U.D. Case on 22.05.2019 in which she has not whispered a word against the petitioners and after lapse of about two months on 14.07.2019, the instant case has been registered merely on suspicion against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, they are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Town (Hajipur) P.S.
