APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Patrakarnagar P.S. Case No. 600 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he is not named in the first information report. It is alleged that the petitioner is the Secretary of Central Bank Staff Cooperative Limited on whose behalf money was being collected illegally.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged as well as criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court, the same shall be considered on its own merit
