The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Narhat P.S. Case No.100 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 379 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is brother of petitioner. The informant alleged that when he entered into his house, on the order of petitioner, his son and other family members assaulted the informant and his younger brother Ajay and snatched chain made of gold.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of family dispute, some occurrence took place between the family members of two brothers and for that the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74523 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 allegation of assault against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No.100 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
