2. Following reliefs are sought for in the present writ application:
"I. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing the Government of Bihar to conduct a comprehensive and independent inquiry into the award of tenders to Masroom Ahmad S Construction obtained on the basis of false and fabricated document in connivance with the government department officials. II. To register an FIR and initiate a criminal

III. Direct the cancellation of contracts fraudulently obtained by the contractor and ensure that he is blacklisted from future government contracts. IV. Order the recovery of public money already paid to the contractor through forged means.
V. Pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interests of justice, equity, and good governance."

4. Upon perusal of Annexure-P/7, it appears that the matter relates to a private dispute and not a public interest issue. Therefore, we find no merit in the present writ application and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
