The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gaya Mofassil P.S. case No. 234 of 2018 registered under Section 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of Arms Act. The informant alleged that while he was going to purchase medicine the petitioner and other accused persons surrounded the informant and the petitioner is alleged to have fired causing injury on the leg of informant. It appears that there is direct allegation of firing against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
