The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):- "That the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, command/commands for directing the respondents

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has taken this Court to Annexure-P/2 to the petition to show that earlier they moved before the District Settlement Officer, Samastipur (Respondent no.5) through registered post, but there has been no answer.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is preferred afresh, it be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the District Magistrate, Samastipur (Respondent no.4) along with all the supportive documents.

6. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur (Respondent no.4) along with supportive documents.

7. Needless to add, if such petition is preferred in next four weeks, the District Magistrate, Samastipur (Respondent no.4) shall be taking up the matter and after noticing/hearing all
