2. The present application has been preferred to initiate a contempt proceeding against Respondent No. 5 for the wilful disobedience violation of the order dated 6.5.2025 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No 17083/2017 to punish him and to comply the order of this Hon'ble Court immediately.

3. In CWJC No. 17083 of 2017 (Ram Sakal Bind Vs. State & Ors.), on 06.05.2025, the writ petition was disposed of

Patna High Court MJC No.3553 of 2025(4) dt.25-02-2026 2/2 as it was informed that the mutation of the land has been completed by the Circle Officer, Goh, Aurangabad in favour of respondent no. 7 on 15.06.2022. Accordingly, the Court recorded that the petitioner could prefer appeal.

4. Now, the contempt petition has been filed submitting violence against the order. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 to 6 and duly filed by the Circle Officer, Goh, Aurangabad and it records that against the said order of the Circle Officer, Goh, a Mutation Appeal Case No. 127 of 2025-26 has been filed by the petitioner in which the notices have been issued by the learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Daudnagar on 19.11.2025.

5. In that background, the Court is of the opinion that no contempt is made out. Petitioner should pursue the appeal before the DCLR, Daudnagar, Aurangabad.

6. MJC No. 3553 of 2025 is disposed of.
